Coaching HER is a resource designed to empower sport coaches of girls by challenging traditional coaching approaches and addressing unconscious gender biases. This initiative by the Tucker Center for Research on Girls & Women in Sport at the University of Minnesota helps coaches minimize gender inequalities, ensuring girls have positive, supportive experiences in sports. By fostering environments where girls can thrive, Coaching HER aims to keep more girls engaged in sports during the critical ages of 11-17.
