Reminder:
We would like to invite you and your coaching staff to attend a short Coach Seminar prior to the start of the meet. The session is free, and all coaches are welcome (even if they are not planning to attend the meet). The Seminar will be led by Vlastik in the boardroom (near the Men’s changeroom) from 10:15 – 10:45 AM. The focus of the session will be Underwater Kick Mechanics.
