May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognize the importance of mental well-being and the impact it has on all areas of life, including sport. Coaches play an important role in shaping positive experiences for athletes by providing leadership, guidance, encouragement, and support both on and off the field. While coaches are focused on helping others succeed, it is equally important to prioritize their own mental health and well-being.
