Notice of Swim Natation Manitoba Special Meeting
DATE: Saturday, November 2, 2024
TIME: 11:00 AM (after the first session of the Steve Molloy Invitational)
LOCATION: Bill and Helen Norrie Library
Pursuant to the Swim Natation Manitoba By-Laws and The Corporation Act, a Special Meeting is being called to hold an election for five (5) new members of the Board of Directors of Swim Natation Manitoba. Swim Natation Manitoba Bylaw references for a Special Meeting – 4.06, 4.07, 4.08.
All members are invited to attend, however voting at the meeting is predetermined by current Bylaws. Refer to Article 3 Membership for categories. Please register for this meeting in advance. Delegates attending the Special Meeting can be emailed to [email protected] 3 days in advance of the Special Meeting. We require first name, last name, email address and home Club name.
Swim Natation Manitoba is seeking nominations for the elections of Directors. A Board of Director’s nomination form is noted below for your consideration. Deadline to submit nominations is October 23, 2024.
