Sport Manitoba has once again partnered with Generation Safe, an accredited safe sport education organization, to host three free online safe sport webinars in February and March. The webinars are tailored for specific audiences; however, they are open for anyone to attend (e.g., parents and board members are welcome to attend too).
- February 5 – Teenage Athletes
- February 19 – Community Sport Coaches
- March 5 – Introduction à la sécurité dans le sport (en français)
We strongly encourage our members to attend so that they can learn from a safe sport expert on how to conduct themselves appropriately and prevent potential harmful situations from occurring in sport. Registration and webinar information can be found on the following Safe Sport page.
