Please find the Meet Package for the Best of the West Fest April 23-26, 2026 on the Swimming Canada website here. All future meet information will be located on Swim Manitoba’s website. Please be advised that there have been some changes made since the Preliminary Meet Information Package was distributed. We highly encourage you to take the time to read through the Meet Package.
Outlined below are a few things to be aware of:
- This meet has been set up as a closed meet. In order to upload your meet entries, you must complete the Declaration of Intent.
- To qualify for the Western Provinces Early Bird Entry Fee, clubs must complete the Declaration of Intent no later than 12pm PST January 30, 2026 and have uploaded an entry file by 9pm PST February 2, 2026.
- Please do not wait until the last minute to complete the Declaration of Intent as there is a turnaround time of 1-2 business days.
- A successful swim meet relies on the dedication of officials from all participating clubs. As this is a regional event hosted by Swim Manitoba on behalf of the 4 western provinces, we respectfully encourage officials from all attending clubs to volunteer in any positions for which they are qualified. Please complete the following link to sign up and include your qualifications and session availability by April 1, 2026.
