Manitoba Marlins Swim Club
After a comprehensive interview process, Marlins Swim Club is pleased to announce that Cam Harbeck has been officially appointed as the Head Coach for the Manitoba Marlins Swim Club.
Cam has served as our Acting Head Coach over the past six months, and during that time, he has demonstrated strong leadership, dedication, and a passion for supporting the success of all our swimmers—from the Minis program to our competitive groups, and to the Manitoba Marlins Masters. His commitment to fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and athlete-centered environment has been evident in his work.
Alongside his recent experience with the Manitoba Marlins, Cam brings over a decade of coaching expertise to this role, including his tenure with the Manta Swim Club and his leadership as Team Manager for Swim Manitoba at both the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games and the 2022 Canada Summer Games. He has also served as a Junior Team Coach for Swim Manitoba and played a key role in coordinating summer swim programs across the province.
As Head Coach, Cam will lead our coaching team and oversee the development and execution of all swim programs across the club. He will work closely with the Board of Directors, the coaching team, and the Manitoba swimming community to ensure a cohesive and supportive experience for all athletes.
We are grateful for Cam’s continued commitment to the Marlins and are confident that, under his leadership, our club will continue to thrive and grow.
Please join us in congratulating Cam on officially stepping into this role.
