Some upcoming courses include:
- Manage a Sport Program: Learn to manage program logistics, budgeting, team travel, staff responsibilities, and more. Ideal for club head coaches, provincial team coaches, team managers, and technical administrators, this module prepares you to confidently handle the behind-the-scenes aspects of sport programs.
- Make Ethical Decisions: Gain the skills to handle any ethical challenge with confidence. As a key component of the NCCP, the Making Ethical Decisions (MED) workshop equips coaches with the tools to make the right call in challenging situations.
- Core Training for Master Coach Developers: This workshop prepares Master Coach Developer (MCD) candidates to train, evaluate, mentor, and support coach developers while promoting the NCCP. It covers the roles of Master Learning Facilitators and Evaluators, including how to select, train, and mentor them. MCDs take on leadership roles in workshops and evaluations, providing ongoing guidance and support.
- Managing Conflict: Develop the ability to recognize sources of conflict in sport, prevent and address issues stemming from miscommunication, and strengthen communication skills to effectively manage conflicts while fostering positive relationships with athletes, parents, officials, and coaches.
