Celebrate Manitoba’s rich sport heritage at the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame’s Annual Induction Ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2026 presented by Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries.
The Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame will induct the Class of 2026. This year’s slate of inductees — five individuals, and one team — are exceptional and have earned their place in Manitoba’s sport history. Don’t miss this premiere event!
This year’s inductees are:
Don Duguid Athlete – Curling
Mandy Marchak – Athlete – Rugby
Diane Pidskalny-Hrychuk – Athlete – Multi-Sport
Wayne McMahon – Athlete-Builder – Athletics
Vlastimil Černý – Builder – Swimming
Team Jennifer Jones (2005-2010) – Team – Curling
This year’s inductees represent some of Manitoba’s best and brightest athletes and builders, from curling icons and multi-sport masters to a swim guru, an athletics advocate, and a rugby superstar.
