Call for Board of Director Nominations
Swim Natation Manitoba is the governing body of competitive swimming in Manitoba and seeks interested, qualified, skilled persons capable of and committed to, providing effective leadership on the Board of Directors.
Swim Natation Manitoba represents a diverse population throughout the province, therefore, seeks reflective representation on the management Board, with background in:
- Strategic Planning
- Human Resource Management
- Accounting and Account Management
- Risk Management
- Marketing and Communications
- Sponsorship and Fundraising
- Competitive Speed Swimming knowledge/background and asset but not critical
Directors must be of legal age and residents of Manitoba and meet the eligibility requirements as outlined in the SNM Bylaws – Section 5.03.
There are four (4) Director positions to be elected with the following terms:
- Director – 3 positions, each with a 3-year term ending 2029
- Director – 1 position with a 1-year term ending 2027
