SNM is excited to have Alex Baronins join the SNM Operational Team as the Technical Coordinator.
Alex’s first day with SNM is February 2, 2026.

Alex’s responsibilities include:
- Provide support to SNM operations focusing on services related to coaching, officiating, camps, programs, competitions and relevant communications
- SNM Liaison with MSOA and MSCA
Short Bio –
In 2018, Alex earned a graduate certificate in Sports Business Management from Algonquin College. Following this, he served as the Domestic Operations Coordinator for Water Polo Canada from 2017 to 2021. In this role, he assisted in managing the high-performance league (NCL), developed and updated manuals and course materials for coaches (NCCP) and officials, and maintained the organization’s membership database. In late 2021, he returned to Manitoba to join the Winnipeg Goldeyes Baseball Club, where he designed merchandise and managed their Junior Fan Club.
