The 2026 Prohibited List is Now in Effect
Ottawa – January 5, 2026 – The World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA) 2026 Prohibited List is now in effect. The updates for 2026 consist mostly of clarifications and examples for categories of prohibited substances and methods. Sport Integrity Canada (formerly the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport) encourages all athletes and support personnel to familiarize themselves with the new version and modifications for this year.
