Three years running, KidSport Manitoba grants have helped Katrin’s twins stay in the pool. The additional financial support from the KidSport grants has allowed the kids to continue swimming competitively. “Competitive swimming is a very expensive sport, and this assistance makes a real difference for us,” Katrin shares.
For the twins, the thrill of swimming is in the challenge — chasing personal bests, setting ambitious goals, and pushing for new records. Training side by side, they motivate and encourage each other every step of the way.
